Aged Candy Garlic is a ripened form of white garlic produced in a controlled environment. For its multiple health benefits and magical taste, it has been used for ages for different purposes. The aged candy garlic blends with food as an ingredient very well and is also good to consume as a condiment. It does not have a pungent smell and taste. It tastes sweet and mellow and gives an umami flavour when added to recipes as ingredients.
Aged Garlic has been used for centuries and was a miracle product invented by our ancestors. It has antioxidants and other vital nutrients that can help to improve health and prevent health-related severe issues.
Compared to regular garlic, aged garlic has a smaller amount of allicin, the compound that gives regular garlic its smell and pungency.
